Welcome

I am a Professor in the Department of Politics at Princeton University, specializing in applied quantitative methodology for the social sciences. My research interests lie at the intersection of political economy, political science, statistics, and data science, particularly on the development and application of quantitative methods to the study of political phenomena. At Princeton, I am also Associated Faculty at SPIA, and I was the Director of the Data-Driven Social Science initiative between 2023 and 2026.

For over a decade, I have worked with my co-authors developing methods for Regression Discontinuity (RD) designs. All our work is implemented in multiple software packages available at our RD packages repositories, where you will also find links to our reviews and practical introductions.
